Who can use Ninava

Ninava is for adults, 18 and older, who care for babies. Only log data about a baby you are responsible for, or with permission from the person who is.

What Ninava does and doesn't do

Ninava helps you log sleep, feeds and diapers and shows estimated times based on those records and on age references.

Ninava is not a medical service and does not replace your pediatrician's advice. Estimates can be wrong, especially with few records or during changes. Always follow your baby's cues. If you have concerns about your baby's health, or in an emergency, contact a health professional.

Account and family

You can use Ninava without an account, with data only on your device. With an account, you decide who to invite and with which role. The owner of a baby can delete the baby, which removes its history for everyone. Keep access to your email and phone secure.

Your records

Your records are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run Ninava: show the history, make predictions, sync and send notices. You can export and delete them whenever you want.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ninava for illegal purposes, to access other people's data without permission, to overload or attack the servers, or to copy the service. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Plus and subscriptions

Ninava doesn't charge for anything today. When Plus becomes available, purchases will go through the App Store or Google Play, with the price and conditions shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the store's settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the store first.

Availability and changes

Ninava is in private testing and may change, have bugs or be unavailable for a while. We may change or remove features. When a change affects you in an important way, we will tell you in the app.

Liability

We do our best for Ninava to work well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer protection laws give you.

Ending

You can stop using Ninava and delete your account at any time, in the app. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice first when possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in another country, its consumer protection laws still apply to you.
