It's the day when, at your current pace of logging, Ninava should complete its ten stars. Only exact times count, so logging in the moment helps get there.

Babies change, especially when naps drop or during fussy phases. Keep logging and the prediction adjusts. And always follow your baby's cues.

Yes. Tap Log and choose Past sleep. Set the start and end on the wheel. If you don't remember the exact time, mark it approximate.

Tap the record in History. You can change the times or tap Delete record. Removed records can be restored.

No. In guest mode everything stays on this device. An account lets you share with your family, get notices and keep the history when you change phones. You can move guest records to an account later.

In Family, tap Invite someone, enter their email and choose the role and the babies. Send the link through any messaging app. The invitation lasts 7 days, and the person must sign in with that same email.

With an account, sign in on the new phone and your records come back. In guest mode, move your records to an account or export the history first.

Check that you are signed in, that Get notices is on in Settings, Notices in the app, and that Ninava notifications are allowed in the iPhone Settings. Quiet hours and Focus modes also hold notices back.

In the iPhone Settings, open Ninava and make sure Live Activities is on. The timer shows while a nap, a night or a feed is in progress.

No. Family notices only go to the other people.

In Settings, tap Export data and choose the baby, the period and the format, CSV or JSON.
